The valley is big.
Let’s find your corner of it.
I’m Yvonne DeSena. For twenty years I ran broadcast engineering projects where a missed detail meant dead air. I bring that same standard to your closing table.

Down payment assistance, FHA grants, 203(k) renovation, VA renovation, DSCR, doctor loans. Worth ten minutes of your time.
Before real estate
I spent twenty years
in a control room.
Broadcast engineering project director. Multi-million-dollar builds, immovable air dates, a dozen vendors who all thought their piece was the important one. If the signal dropped, everyone watching knew instantly.
That job taught me the thing that actually matters in real estate: the deal is a system, and systems fail at the seams. The lender who goes quiet. The inspection addendum nobody read. The appraisal that lands short on a Friday afternoon.
I have been licensed since 2014, and I still run a transaction the way I ran a broadcast install — every dependency mapped, every handoff confirmed, nothing left to I assumed someone handled it.

Areas I work
Henderson, the southwest, and everywhere between.
My office is on St. Rose Parkway, so Henderson is home base — but I write contracts across the whole valley.
“Always grateful for your trusted referrals.”
Most of my business comes from people who already worked with me and told someone else. That is the only scoreboard I care about.

Thinking about a move this year, or three years out? Early conversations are free and they make the eventual decision a lot cheaper.
