The short version

People call me Yvonne. I sell real estate in the Las Vegas valley — mostly Henderson and the southwest, though I go where my clients go. I have been licensed since 2014 and I work out of the Realty ONE Group office on St. Rose Parkway.

Before this, I was a project director in broadcast engineering for almost twenty years.

What a control room teaches you

Broadcast is an unforgiving business. You are coordinating equipment vendors, integrators, union crews, architects and a station that has already sold advertising against a launch date. There is no version of the job where you slip two weeks and everyone shrugs. If the signal drops, the whole city sees it happen.

So you learn to work backward from the date. You learn to identify the one dependency that will quietly sink you and get eyes on it early. You learn that the person who says “that should be fine” is the person you call again tomorrow.

A real estate transaction is a smaller version of the same animal: escrow, lender, appraiser, inspector, title, HOA, two sets of nervous humans, and a hard date. Most deals that fall apart do not fall apart because someone was malicious. They fall apart at a handoff nobody was watching.

Watching the handoffs is the job. That is what I actually do for you.

How I work

• Straight answers. If the house is overpriced, I will tell you it is overpriced. If your renovation will not return what it costs, I will say so before you spend the money.
• Every deadline on paper. You get the timeline in writing at the start — inspection window, appraisal, loan contingency, walkthrough, funding — and a reminder before each one, not after.
• Financing first. I would rather spend an hour on your loan options up front than watch a great offer die in underwriting. There are more programs out there than most buyers are ever told about.
• Referrals over volume. I am not trying to be the highest-transaction agent in Clark County. I am trying to be the one your sister calls next.
